After working for British fashion designer Betty Jackson CBE, she was with Arcadia Group for a decade, rising to Group Design and Marketing Director reporting directly to the Group CMO, CEO and the Board. She has created collections shown at London and Shanghai Fashion Weeks in 2017 and 2018. Today, Anita is an independent trusted Advisor, Consultant and Non-Executive Director working with Senior Leaders and Business Owners to drive international growth across Ecom and retail platforms. She is an associate lecturer on the MA Strategic Fashion Marketing at London College of Fashion. Her clients include Amazon Fashion, L.K. Bennett and Wehkamp.
Having spent 10 years of his life in Sales management with Haymarket News International (Times and Sunday Times) and Alexander Mann in 1993 having successful helped launch Humana International with James Caan and Doug Bugie he set up Morgan Rutherford Associates. Since then he has become one of the most well known figures in media recruitment having worked both in the UK, European and US markets.

Andrew has in depth expertise in Digital/Print/TV/Ambient and Radio from Graduate to Board level, he has also recruited entire commercial teams for Israeli and American tech start ups. When he is not hiring for clients he advises several companies on talent management strategies, performance enhancement programmes and succession planning issues.
A trained psychologist, with over 20 years’ experience building qualitative market research businesses. Her key skills include active listening, reading body language, hearing what consumer’s mean and often equally importantly, what they don’t mean, interviewing all types of people from top CEO’s to teens.
She prepares persuasive presentations, rich in meaning and highlights unmet needs and behaviours to give her clients the edge. She presents findings with confidence and skill to ensure clients come away having learnt something new and commercially useful.
